Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Boyfriend Chat, an AI companionship and conversation service.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
The service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. You may not use the service if you are under 13. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
3. AI Conversations
AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation. The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental health, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the service for decisions that require a qualified professional.
4. User Content
You are responsible for the messages, prompts, images, and other content you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, sexually exploitative, infringing, invasive of privacy, or intended to bypass safety controls. You also should not submit passwords, government identifiers, payment information, health records, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for ordinary conversation.
5. License to Operate the Service
You keep any rights you have in your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use your content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the service, submit malware, impersonate others, violate another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
7. Accounts and Availability
Some sessions may use anonymous authentication or similar account features. You are responsible for activity associated with your session. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.
8. Intellectual Property
The service, including its software, design, branding, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Some consumer protection laws may give you rights that cannot be waived by contract.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
